Great Franconian food. Very warm and welcoming pub. Staff were friendly (contrast to the Franconian stereotypes). We waited a little but it was very much worth it for the freshly cooked food.
Stayed overnight here years ago, stopped in a couple times when in transit and have never managed to get a seat inside. Thankfully, the brewery next door is pretty good too. ;) At any rate, from the popularity, I imagine the food is great. I can say the beer certainly is.
Great food for a good price. Even let us squeeze in when they were fully booked for the night.
Tell us what you ordered and what it cost. Two or three sentences about one dish is more useful to the next person than a star rating.
